I wrote an earlier review where I gave only a 3 star rating. This was because I was asked to review a coated mild steel handrail, when I believed that I had bought a coated stainless steel one. I have since been assured by the company that they ceased making mild steel handrails some years ago and that I did receive what I had ordered.
It seems that "Reviews" has yet to recognise this fact.
