Had some issues with wrong brackets being supplied, having contacted company and sent photos replacement brackets were sent out next day delivery so i could complete installation. Product is heavy and looks good when fitted on the wall . I would advise using heavier screws as i did as ones supplied were too flimsy to take the weight of handrail in my opinion. I will be ordering from this company again for an internal handrail as i feel the product is good quality and the customer service (albeit delayed due to covid staffing issues) was good and my problem was resolved to my satisfaction - so I would recommend this company for external handrails.
