I was apprehensive about ordering from Simple Handrails as their prices were the best I found, but I needn’t have worried. I first emailed them about dimensions so that I could check I was ordering the correct sizes of glass and to check the dimensions of the base plates of the posts and they responded immediately, even though it was in the evening. Being concerned that I’d got my dimensions right I emailed a drawing and again they came right back to me. I placed the order and just under three weeks later the posts and glass were delivered to me in central Scotland. The glass being delivered by the company’s own driver. (To ensure it arrived undamaged) I finished installing my balustrade at the weekend and we’re delighted with the results. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Simple Handrails again or recommend them to anybody else considering using them.
