I ordered a 3m oak with stainless end caps. After 12-14 days the rail and fittings arrived. On fitting, I noticed the oak rail was oval, and not to spec. I emailed customer services and was greeted with an email the following morning from Tammi. After supplying pictures of the issue a new one was dispatched without question. Turned up today (5 days in total) and all good. I can get the stairs finished now... Great customer service from Tammi to get the replacement out quickly and hoping it was a one-off, else some sort of quality check needs to be put in place with the parts before dispatch.
