Very pleased with the handrail. Easy to fit and all screws and wall plugs provided.
There was however a big problem with the delivery. It was delivered to the wrong address - wrong house wrong road and simply dumped outside a house whose occupants were away at work. Despite the requirement for it to be signed it was not as no one was in the house. After much time wasted walking the streets I eventually found the house and the occupants had just returned to find the package, Vey unsatisfactory as the product is very good
