My 1.2 metre hand rail is simple and very effective. Delivery of 10 days was not a problem.
However my invoice showed the handrail had to be collected in person after I had ordered “Free Delivery”. After a hurried phone call your receptionist said “Don’t worry, this happens all the time” Suggest therefore that your online invoicing corrects this anomaly.
