Nice product ,black powder coated handrail. The screws could have been black to match the handrail and the raw plugs were not for hollow walls . The delivery company emailed our consignment number and when I tracked it they couldn't find it. Rang simplehandrails who said it would be delivered by end of week. It wasn't , it was delivered the following week but with no notification -( just left on the lawn) and no delivery note or invoice. It is fitted and looks great.
