I really love the product, it's great to be able to get several months at a time in the mail, and most of the time customer service via text or email is great. But this last shipment I was having trouble with my insurance and really needed to speak to someone, which wasn't possible, and the delay in responding was a really problem. Granted it's a pandemic and usually the response time is much shorter, but I was in a bit of a jam and felt quite helpless.
