My first order was filled at the end of January. It is very difficult to contact someone (I had to reach out via Instagram). I was wondering when my next order was to be shipped and they neglected to tell me my insurance is only covering once a month (which is ok with me, I just would have like to know that). Then they text me saying my order can’t be filled until March 9th. Then exactly one minute after that text they sent another text stating my prescription can’t be shipped until March 21st. No one responds. I am about to cancel ) if that’s even possible).
