I think the consulting system is atrocious - on the initial consultation I had several questions but the significant delays in response made me very uncomfortable and even now I have questions I'd like answered but I know that I wouldn't get answers by the time I'd need them so I've just tried to Google the answers myself and contacted other retail pharmacists to help.
It was very frustrating that I got answers from different prescribers on the initial consult - I felt bounced around and was unsure what was being prescribed.
