Discontinued my service after I got my first pack. My birth control did not arrive when it was supposed to, and when I tried reaching out to support they were not helpful. It took me DMing their Instagram page AND leaving a comment to get their attention. I said my issue on their Instagram page in the comments, which they ended up deleting so other people wouldn’t know their scams. Someone finally replied to my DM at least a week after I sent an email, which ended up making my pack get sent extremely late. I skip my periods usually because I have endo and they are extremely painful, but because of the poor communication I did not have any birth control to skip it and had to get a 10 day painful period. They also charged my insurance for internal condoms and Plan B but never sent me it. Would not recommend, please find another company.
