They never shipped the prescription after my insurance was approved. I reached out to them 3 weeks after I placed my order to find out why it was taking so long. No one responded to me until days later (they do not provide a phone number for customer service) and then after reaching out 3 different times, I finally got a reply and my prescription still didn’t arrived until a week later. All in all, it took more than a month to receive my prescription. I would NOT recommend.
