Easy to set up an account & get a prescription. My only issue was that I couldn't remove the female condoms from my subscription without having to redo my whole subscription. Luckily I was able to email them & they fixed it on their side. I would've just like to do it on my side no problem. But that was my only problem, otherwise a good company with a user friendly website.
