This is a review specific to shipping. I understand that things can be unpredictable with shipping, especially during this uncertain time. That being said, my specific prescription needs to remain cold. When I received my prescription in June, it was barely cold. The ice packs included were warm. I almost requested a replacement due to the fact that I didn’t think it was still usable.
I really do enjoy your company. But if my prescription can’t arrive to me safely and correctly then I can’t use your company out of fear for the safety of my health. If things improve I will gladly rewrite my review to reflect said changes.
