I appreciate the service greatly. I do find it upsetting that my daughter and I both use Simple Health and I pay a $30 copay and she doesn’t, even though we have the exact same insurance and plan. Also, I’ve had a $20 fee charged to my card without notice.
Again, I do appreciate being able to use the services and for the most part, it’s wonderful. I’d recommend it to others, for sure!
