I can only get one refill a month through insurance using this service and they always attempt tp process it early and I end up getting notice that it cannot be filled yet and would I wish to pay out of pocket. My insurance requires zero copay so I do not ever wish to pay out of pocket and have told them this numerous times and if I go through my doctor I could get 3 refills at a time but for some reason this service does not office that so every month I get the same message and then have to write to make sure they fill it because they end up not doing it when they say they will which ultimately results in me receiving my birth control late every month due to their incompetence.
