As someone who lives almost an hour away from any gynecologist worth seeing, I really appreciate this service. It has given me both peace of mind and relief from overly painful periods, the latter of which I've been unable to get a diagnosis or much help. Anytime I've had questions, the staff is always willing to help or get me to someone who can. I always hear back on time (and I usually message them after hours because I work overnights). This service has made a meaningful impact on my life, considering I live in somewhat of a rural area and work overnights.
