I cancelled due to a need for 90 day supply. Simple Health service was initially great to get me back with them, but they set me right back up for 30 days (my insurance's decision) without any notification. The next refill didn't ship for quite some time so they knew well in advance but the communication just isn't there unless they are trying to retain you or refute a billing discrepancy. One representative even went as far as to say since I didn't request an update for this type of change I shouldn't expect that communication.
