Does not have a way to contact customer service quickly. I asked to only receive a certain pill after receiving a generic. They said they put it in my account. A month later I get a message that my chosen pill was not available and to let them know what to do. I immediately messaged back asking to wait. Apparently 1 minute is too long to respond and they sent the generic again. When I messaged back after they told me I took too long and did I want them to put on my account that I only wanted a specific brand, a month after they had already done so. So they then tried to bill my insurance again for now another pack and the insurance denied it as they just paid for the wrong pack. I am waiting for a courtesy refill of the correct brand.
