Company is amazing. Communication was clear and quick. Process was completely painless. Even though I had some issues with my insurance information everything was sorted quickly. All members of staff I interacted with were kind and helpful. Cancellation process is super easy. I cancelled due to personal reasons and not anything having to do with the company. If I try more birth control in the future I'm definitely using Simple Health again and I would definitely recommend to friends.
