I do a month to month plan. When I had to renew my service they change to 3 months charge. They have several fees which they may or may not charge, dependent on them. Twice they have canceled my service for me telling them to stop charging my card how they like. They immediately canceled my service as punishment for letting them know and the person who replied pushed my complaints back in my face, which is why they told me they canceled the service. I also find it ridiculous they need a card on file for the account to be active. Due to my experience I believe thats how they charge you however they like. In order to protect my funds from them, I will order when I need and cancel my service every time. That's the only way I feel safe using the service.
