I loved Simple Health until not long ago. I changed insurance so I placed my order before the new one kicked in since the new one wouldn't cover. However, there was a "bug" (that's what I was told) and my prescription was delayed for over a month. I ran out of pills and still received no replies. Once they finally got back to me they told me the new insurance wouldn't cover (I knew it and that's why I placed the order a month earlier remember?) so I had to pay out-of-pocket which is fine but they also told me they would send it with priority shipping since it was already delayed and I was out of pills (I have PCOS which means my hormones were already out of whack because I ran out) and surprise? they didn't send it with priority. I will not be renewing after this.
