Terrible policy! You need to remove how you automatically withdraw funds from someones bank account if they don't respond to a message soon enough. It should be the other way around. I was out of town and had no service when I was sent this message and you overdrew my account then stopped responding to me and would not reimburse me or cancel the order. I let you know that I had anxiety issues to begin with and this made everything so worse. I hated your service and now don't even want to use the birth control I was forced to pay for.
