Simple Health delivered the service but way too late. Communication with doctors are too drawn out not done in a timely manner. As such, it took a long time for my BC pills to be shipped.
When shipped, Simple Health couldn't give an update or an ETA and so I had to make other arrangements before the start date of my new pack.
Process between communication and receivable of BC was way too long.
