Unfortunately Simple Health did not fill my prescription as they said they did. As the time approached for me to start my new prescription I didn’t have my pills.
There is no communication via phone whatsoever. You need to email and wait 24-48 hours for a response. When Simple Health discovered their mistake they did nothing to expedite my prescription. They said they were only able to mail via the USPS. I had to start my pills 10 days late.
