Generally, access to birth control through Simple Health is great. Once, I think it was lost in the mail, and that’s not something that they can control, but is something to be aware of.
I’m pretty annoyed that when I reached out because my medicine looked different, they said it was the same. I mean, okay it was the same brand name, but the manufacturer had changed, and it was different! The pills were different size and shape, the packaging was different, and it affected me, hormonally.
