I thought this was going to be a great experience. I provided the information as to what I was currently taking, which is Estarylla. I was then shown a photo and information about a generic brand I used to take. I was told I would receive that instead, which is Sprintec. I agreed to that and paid in full. Instead, I received a totally different type called Lupin. I now have painful acne, which I have not had in years. Nothing has changed in my life, other than this different brand being utilized. I am very disappointed and would either: A) Like a full refund or, B) I would like the Sprintec or Estarylla that I agreed on and paid for to be shipped to me.
I am incredibly disappointed in this service.
