They informed me I may get a generic version of my birth control and I agreed to it, but then they didn't remind me that the prescription i received months later was generic and i was very confused by the change in prescription. They also sent me way too many vitamins, which wasn't really a problem for me but did mean i didn't need anything for almost 3 months.
