The staff was very easy and accessible to talk to, didn't feel like they were wasting my time just to collect a consultation fee like some other online birth control options, and I haven't been spammed with endless emails and promos since signing up and using the service. Over all I've only been using them for a couple months now and have a long acting birth control but I'm happy with the service provided.
