I am very unhappy that you were unable to charge my health insurance instead of charging me. I switched insurance as I got a new job, but it is the same company. I confirmed with them that it is covered. I don't understand where the problem is and I still have not gotten my shipment, I am supposed to start taking it tomorrow night and it is not expected until Monday> You have all correct information for my new insurance.
