It’s a really convenient service for me. I work during office hours so making an in-person appointment can be really challenging for me. Getting my birth control this way has lifted a weight off my shoulders. Customer service is really awesome and always helps set up having my script sent to my local pharmacy (instead of mailing it) so I can pick it up and have it covered by my insurance. I hope they‘ll start accepting my insurance at their pharmacy so I can have it mailed to me but that’s my only very minor complaint. And the best part is I only have to do this once a year and don’t have to bother with it again until it’s time to renew my birth control prescription. One less thing to worry about! I think this is a fantastic service and I’m thankful I have easy access to contraceptives and emergency contraceptives, especially with what’s been happening lately in America. I will be using this service indefinitely. I highly recommend it.
