I used to love this company until I needed to transfer my prescription to a pharmacy to use my insurance. I have been ignored since trying to get my prescription transferred to a pharmacy due to the business model change (that I was never notified about in the first place). The pharmacist has called multiple times and I have sent texts without confirmation for the past three days. I am now late on my prescription.
My pharmacist warned me this may happen, I am very disappointed.
