I wanted to like this service since it was a great price and provides other things like condoms and morning after pills, which not all online services like this offer, but unfortunately the customer service and timeliness of delivery were the reason I decided to cancel after my first shipment. It took over a month for my delivery to arrive and there was no communication in between. When there were issues with shipping only after I found out through USPS, simple health was not helpful in resolving my issues or responding in a timely manner.
