I highly dislike that there is no way to contact customer service in real time, you have to email or text and wait hours or days for a response. The medication I was prescribed first was absolutely terrible and a high dose when my body was used to a low dose medication that I had little to no symptoms with, makes me question if they get a kickback to prescribing certain medication? So I had to spend double the money to get the medication I wanted originally, they offered no discounts or exchange for prescribing a medication that made me severely ill, and encouraged me to continue taking it when I contacted them and told them it was making me extremely ill ............. like.... what???? NO.
I’d say Over all the the lack of direct communication is a problem for this exact reason and I would recommend going to an actual dr in person if at all possible.
