Simple Health is a great tool and the communication is excellent. My only complaint is for those of us who want the prescriptions sent to our local pharmacy. Simple Health refuses to fax a prescription or pick up a phone to call the pharmacy. Instead they make their customers provide a phone number to their pharmacy so they have to call to get the script. I don't know why but it's quite inconvenient. Fix that and it will be a top notch service.
