I cancelled my subscription before a month hit... I had concerns about the prescription I was on and side affects, to which I messaged my concerns to the doctor. It took 2 days to hear back (I had already stopped taking the RX) and when she did, she was sarcastic and rude. I did NOT have a pleasant interaction with her. *The support team did apologize and give a partial refund.
