I wish the communication was better. I was missing some packs of my birth control and didn’t have it for about a week or so and I emailed to get a hold of someone and didn’t hear back for about 6 days or more. Other than that I like the concept. Going to the pharmacy every three weeks to pick up birth control (I skip the placebo week) is annoying so I like the convenience of it. I don’t know why they sent me female condoms, I don’t know anyone on the earth that would actually use those. It would be better if they included a home std kit or something like that. I think that would be much more helpful. Or even a UTI or yeast infection pill. Just a thought because the female condoms will just rot under my bed until I move and eventually just throw them away, so it’s a big waste in my opinion both on the environment and financially from a business standpoint since I never asked for them. I do like they include emergency contraceptive that is a good idea. Please implement an std kit or something!! Thank you.
