Communication is lacking big time! I was told there was a glitch and that’s Why I didn’t receive a reply. I was given no other option of a different brand of birth control. I was just tokf they couldn’t help me And I needed see my dr. Luckily I have screen shots of everything because this company tries to lie and say they did way more than they actually did. Glad I don’t have to deal with this company anymore period.
