USPS lost my first package in the mail. I was told to call simple health pharmacy where I waiting on hold for 30 minutes before the woman hung up on me. I called back was on hold for another 15 minutes before being told I had to call my own insurance company and pharmacy. spent half the day getting the runaround from everybody. Cancelled membership.
