simple health is super easy! they don’t accept my insurance, but i pay out of pocket for convenience reasons. my prescription works well for me & the customer service team is great. i can text them whenever i have questions. i’m only knocking one star because i had a small reaction at first. the entire inside of my mouth was peeling when i first started the pill (which this same thing happened to a couple of my friends when they first started their pills). i asked the customer service team about it and waited for a reply from the doctor. the customer service team was great, but the doctor offered no help. the doctor pretty much said it would be an usual side effect & to visit an urgent care if it continued. thankfully, it only lasted maybe a week. but i wish i could’ve video chatted with the doctor or called. maybe sent them pictures of my mouth. i just overall wish they would’ve offered more help. maybe this is a feature they can add in the future, or if this is already a feature i was not offered or told about it. otherwise, i love simple health!
