Had to change booking time and date 3 times after confirmation was send. Very confusing and frustrating especially for elderly parents and everyone else trying to coordinate their schedules. Seemed like none of the SML people knew what the other was doing. Also after telling SML the details of the move, the movers seem uniformed. In any case it was done but you may want address your internal and external communications.
