Loaders: very poor job wrapping furniture leaving gouges and scrapes. Threw 2 Fragile boxes on top. Boxes in poor shape when unloaded. They didn't know how to tie-down while loading. Who is paying for damage!!
Unloaders: extremely professional. Took pictures of truck when opened, conditions of boxes; Very happy with this crew.
