Although the movers work orders were not accurate on either end of our move, it was likely due to time zones. But, does reflect poorly on the company as a whole. With that said, the movers were on time and performed better on the front end than the back end of the move. SML does not move pianos, yet both companies hired by SML do move pianos. This should be looked into. No one is going to leave a piano behind, and will likely find another company to make that happen. All in all, the customer service was very good with SML. They make sure you are well taken care of.
