The day of our move was rainy, and my response takes that into account, but the crew could've been more careful in those conditions. A few items touched the wet/muddy ground (master bed mattress), one piece of wooden furniture rec'd a minor nick, and the new master bedroom wall was scratched by a bedframe.
I've had excellent experiences with SML crews in the past, but this one wasn't on par with the others.
