We rented our own moving truck and got a flat tire. Waiting for assistance, we missed our appointment window. SML helped us beyond normal hours and we were able to settle in to our new house just 3 days before Christmas! The movers were very professional, extremely courteous, and unloaded quickly (a 16' storage unit and a 26' truck in two hours)! Thanks again!
