sml has an excellent employee (Joy) who answered the phone when I called about needing some men to pack up/unpack a moving truck for my trip to Virginia from Colorado in early June. She was very knowledge, friendly, efficient, courteous and just a pleasure to talk to her. I feel sml is very fortunate to have her as an employee for I got the feeling that she really enjoys her job and loves helping people who call. Today we need more people answering phones to be more like Joy!
