The service was very good. My telephone inquiry was remembered and my issue, ie a possible lighter cello bow was offered. There was no pressure. A wide range was offered for me to find the bow that spoke to me. I narrowed it down to 2 and the salesman played superbly and advised me on the one that he found the most suitable - it was also the cheaper.
The after-sales advice was supportive.
