In the store, James was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great service today, thank you.
However came in to the store in June seeking a new bow, none in stock. I left name and number and was told I would get a call when the stock came in. I called 4 times between June and Sept Anna was told still no bows. I phoned in Oct and was told some stock had arrived, so I put one aside and came in to the store. Was disappointed that I had to initiate all follow up and I was not kept up to date by staff.
