its all sorted now but when i was ordering these products, I called the shop to make sure thats the right size and weigh what i wanted. The male shop assistant was not very helpfull at all and was annoyed with my questions. i wanted to reach to over $100 so i can get a free postage so i asked him whats the go with that with ordeting out of stock product with available product to reach to $100. He replied that i just have to order whats available and out of stock order, he will keep an eye on it and send them all together when they received a stock. so i have orderded whats currently available However, i have recieved whats currently available with postage charge. i wasnt happy at all. called to speak to manager

Also, when i recieved a bow, it was 1/16 sise. not 1/10 size at all. So Matiese organised for return slip and sent me a right size for us. its just messy and not good customer servise. i dont know if i would recommend to anyone..
