I love dealing with Simply Strings but in the latest purchase, I completely misunderstood what I was purchasing.
I naively imagined that the tubes were much larger and would enclose the actual shoulder rest
so you can imagine I was a little disappointed when the tiny tubes arrived. I guess they are to protect
the vertical screws.
This upset will not deter me from using SimlyStrings in the future. I love your website and dream of buying an expensive violin in the hope that it just might improve my tone when playing.
